A day cluttered with a long to-do list, the necessity to be busy; erupting from every corner feels like a great accomplishment.
So much to do! That means I’m accomplishing so much!
Not necessarily, just because you have a busy schedule doesn’t mean that you’re getting a lot done.
A cluttered mind filled with projects may seem like a successful working day, when in actuality it is better to leave your mind empty and finish projects one at a time.
By leaving your mind empty you are more attuned with what you need to do. Allowing yourself to see the things that need to get done is more essential than trying to do all of them at once.
When you’re overwhelmed by all of the possibilities, try to throw your thoughts in the garbage for a second, by being completely empty, you are more open and available to the things that matter the most.
