By trying to do “everything” or accomplish the most you can, you often leave many boxes unchecked.
And worse, you leave many promises half-fulfilled.
Whether it’s a promise to yourself about a project you’d complete, you may have started it but never fully finished it before moving on to the next one.
Or letting a commitment to a friend family or boss end up not being fully realized.
By trying to do so many things you end up not focusing on the very thing you are doing. Your mind is already in another place thinking about the next project instead of fully engulfed by the task at hand.
