Get to work

Not everyday is going to be a good day at work.

Most days you might feel like the whole day was worth little to nothing.

Like the only thing you have to do is work itself. That thought can become exhausting and sometimes it starts to feel like everything in life is work.

Whether it’s reading, writing, cooking, or actually going to your job, the world revolves around work.

The ironic part, is that in order to cure yourself from the exhaustion of thinking, ruminating, and letting the depressing thoughts of all the things you must do overcome you, to get rid of the stress, you must actually go do the work.

The sooner you start doing, the less time you can spend thinking, or ruminating, and as you enter flow state in the work, you begin to remember why you started in the first place. That while you are able to go to a job that you hate, you are also able to pay off your bills, you can eat food whenever you’d like.

It’s the simple things, the checking off the to do list, the doing. That is what cures you.
