Stuff happens

Pretend when I am using the word “Stuff” I actually am referencing a word that it much stinkier, and much stronger than what I’m saying here. If you understand what I mean, then please replace that word, if you don’t then “Stuff” will also suffice.

The best way to process a failure, or rather when your day doesn’t go on as planned, is shockingly simple. Although sometimes it is too simple of a fix that it almost seems useless, or like it doesn’t help at all.

When you hit a speed bump, or pop a tire, it’s better to not ruminate on it for the rest of the day and let it takeover.

You say to yourself, well stuff happens, NEXT.

Pass that thought that’s destroying your whole day, sometimes it might take many times of telling yourself, but as soon as you say alright, next, the sooner you will feel better about the situation.

It can be challenging thinking about what always comes next, but it is a much better solution than allowing that tiny annoyance ruin your day.

So remind yourself, stuff happens, next.
